There were ten stunning standalone locations, six concessions within Selfridges, and a thriving online presence for Aubin & Wills when the company shut down in 2012. There has been consistent demand for the return of cult classic label Aubin & Wills for many years.

The globe was in the midst of a "quick fashion" revolution when it debuted in 2008, and consumers' desire for "more" trumped Aubin's guiding philosophy of "Better." Now, more than ever, the core belief that "BETTER IS GREATER THAN MORE" espoused by Aubin rings true in a world where customers are increasingly conscious of the effects of their activities and purchases on the environment.

Given this, we thought now was the perfect time to breathe new life into the Brand and create a cutting-edge reinterpretation of Aubin & Wills. Because of this change, we've settled on the name "Aubin" for the brand. Right now seems like a great time to make this significant shift for the sake of the future we want.

The fabric used in its construction was woven in Guiseley, West Yorkshire, by Abraham Moons & Sons, a company established in 1837. Melton weaves are still produced in Britain today, and they consistently meet or exceed international standards. Because it was jointly developed in Blackburn, England, by Aubin and Wills and Cookson & Clegg, the Raleigh is long-lasting. They have been manufacturing some of the toughest arctic military clothing for over 160 years, and they have done so with great pride as a byproduct of British industry. They have a long history and a stellar reputation for a good reason: their work is of the highest calibre.
