My new breath taking property has all the twists and turns you would expect in a chic modern warehouse conversion. As you enter the property you are greeted by a spacious and stylish combination of two core reception rooms alongside the bespoke bathroom suite, travelling up the raised sub level to the first reception which is a calming open space ideal for dinning and dinner parties i hope to have plenty of.
From the main reception a staircase leads to two mezzanine rooms for my first bedroom along with dressing room. Off from the first reception I have a staircase leading to the spacious lounge with five factory windows allowing floods of light for natural comfort, the property does not stop there it secretly houses a completely separate second bedroom complete with an en-suite bathroom as well as a lower sub level storage room. This section of the apartment will be mainly use for my creative projects such as Podcast, filming editorial content and just being a my space when needed. I will buy an inflatable mattress for this room so guest can sleep in when spending the night.The development benefits from indoor leisure centre complete with swimming pool and gym as well as 24 hour concierge on-site which is perfect so none of your packages will go uncollected every again!
